• Be fair and open with our fees
• Offer advice to improve your record keeping which if followed will result in reduced fees in future years
• Provide fixed or capped fees where possible

We have various payment terms:

• A cash discount will be available for payment within 21 days. (not available on recharges for company formation work and software resale)

• Payment within 30 days will not incur any further charges
  

• Payment by four equal monthly post dated cheques with no additional administration charge
  
  
• Standing order payment
  
  
• With your authorisation tax refunds can be received by our Client Account.  The balance following the deduction of our fees will be immediately paid to you.
  
  
• A full summary of our payment terms will always be printed on the reverse of our invoices.
